Scroll Oil-less Air Compressor
無油渦卷式空壓機
The scroll compressor is composed by one orbiting scroll and one fixed scroll. During the air compressing cycle, the suction free air from the top port of the scroll is compressed due to the reduced volume between the orbiting scroll and the fixed scroll while rotating. The high pressured air is discharged through the scrolls center port.
渦卷式空氣壓縮機由兩個渦卷體組合而成,分成動盤(旋轉渦卷)與靜盤(固定渦卷),其壓縮空氣的作用原理,係利用兩個渦卷體旋轉時產生之容積縮小變化,使機體頂部吸入的空氣得到壓縮,以達到設定之工作壓力,並由中心部出口孔排出。
