Scroll Oil-less Air Compressor
The scroll compressor is composed by one orbiting scroll and one fixed scroll. During the air compressing cycle, the suction free air from the top port of the scroll is compressed due to the reduced volume between the orbiting scroll and the fixed scroll while rotating. The high pressured air is discharged through the scrolls center port.
When the scroll air compressor is running, the air leakage in the high-pressure zone and low-pressure zone is close to zero. In addition, the suction and discharge outlets are separated to achieve zero leakage of compressed air. To achieve high efficiency.
